Anna was introduced to Forrest Yoga by Victoria Kourkaki many years ago; after a few months of practice she told herself that one day she’d become a Forrest Yoga teacher. Back then, it seemed impossible for multiple reasons, but 8 years later her dream came true! She joined the Forrest Yoga Teacher Training while having wrist injuries, so she cultivated new skills. She learned how to adjust the poses, to be patient, to trust herself, her teachers and the universe. Her wrists got better and she became able to do things that she couldn’t even imagine some years ago. This healing journey played a significant role in her decision to become a teacher. She wants to share all the tools she gained during her journey to all her students.
She is in love with Forrest Yoga and wants to teach people how to listen to their bodies and how to create a space of self-care, breath and connection inside for themselves. Anna’s attention to detail makes for a great instructor! She has expert knowledge of body movement and uses various techniques to improve flexibility. When there is no alternative, you can always rely on her wits and creativity to make up one on the spot! She uses her assets to help students correct and improve techniques, while also catering individual plans to achieve personal goals throughout each session.
nna has the critical ability to create challenging, inspiring and enjoyable sequences and classes!
