Anna’s journey with yoga began in London after a significant event in her personal life. After ten years of personal practice, her passion for the healing of yoga offers lead her in teaching. Her training in Hatha Raja Vinyasa Krama Yoga (200h) in 2021 expanded her knowledge in physical and spiritual practice which is most needed nowadays. Through her teacher Ambra Vallo, her love for Ana Forrest and Forrest Yoga grew profoundly. After her Forrest Yoga Advanced Teacher Training (70h) with Ana Forrest and Jose Calarco, she is teaching Forrest yoga Inspired classes with Hatha or Vinyasa twists. In class with Anna, we learn to practice Ujjayi breath, distributing oxygen in body parts most needed it. Bringing the attention internally, we balance feeling, body and mind. Thus, we find our way back to love and strength which translate to our entire body.
In June 2022 Anna was trained to Poppy Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga and Pelvic Floor Anatomy (45h) with Charlie Speller Forrest Yoga Guardian. In this training, she learned to guide pregnant women throughout their pregnancy and after giving birth with less pain and more joy and connection with the baby. Embracing all the unexpected changes, realising every feeling is OK. The anatomy taught in these classes are friendly to the female body and focus on the pelvic floor. This is rare given the traditional yoga practices are created by men.
Meditating for peace and love brought in Anna’s attention the Spiritual Guide Ron Young. Ron’s work is to develop those with him by bringing each trainee “Home – to their Spirit Within”. The movement to self is a patient unveiling, grounded in the power of compassion.
Last but not least, Anna is an active member and trainee of a Systemic Constellation team, healing inherited family and ancestral traumas. This is a therapeutic method founded by Bert Hellinger. During yoga practice, unexpected reactions and hinges might reveal themselves. Keeping the heart field open from within helps stay connected.
During Anna’s class information travels like a vessel with no effort. Her touch and adjustments in combination with the soothing voice make you calm and relaxed. Combining physical dynamic practice and spiritual guidance leaves you with a rejuvenating and soft sense in the end.
