Why nãma?

nãma is the pure spring water in ancient greek~ figuratively anything that refreshes or inspires. The inspiration for the name of the school came effortlessly from Victoria’s character and qualities, the founder of the school, and the abundant light that bathes the space.

Purity, innocence and connection, dedication and flow. These qualities are inherent in Victoria and her dynamic and warm energy characterizes the space! She carries purity effortlessly and it is her gift to inspire and rejuvenate students with her passion for teaching and for Forrest Yoga.

Yoga is a tool of inspiration for our life. It is the place where we can be in contact with our inner self and grow the energy of pleasure and vitality.

The school is a space dedicated to the practice of Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, yoga for pregnant women – Poppy Yoga and Aerial Yoga. We offer pregnancy and postpartum classes to ensure proper recovery and care in this new period of your life. We support pregnant and postpartum people in this transformative period of life.

We heal chronic pains through the practice of yoga and offer an inclusive and complete practice. Our specialty is treating chronic pain through exercise. Dynamic and enjoyable yoga classes with the aim of building strength, plasticity and movement in the muscles and peace of mind are our focus.

Victoria’s vision is to create a community of people who share yoga and the connection it brings to our relationships, body and soul. The power of the group acts as a beacon of light to our existence. We need contact with each other and community in order to have a meaningful life and to elevate ourselves. A beacon of light and connection is therefore, for us, the space of nãma.

Light, joy, strength, inner calm, contact with emotions, tears of relief and sweat, care and contact with our center are the qualities that embrace the faculty. We are waiting for you to get to know us and get to know you!
